Who:

PATS is a Blue Ocean company based in Melbourne Australia. The core focus of PATS is to train individuals to a level of performance where they score in the top 5% of applicants in competitive aptitude based recruitment processes.

PATS specializes in preparing people to increase their scores in aptitude tests commonly used in corporate, graduate, airline, military and emergency services selection processes.

PATS has an established track record of success and excellence in preparing clients for success in aptitude tests and has both a national and international reputation.

What:

PATS has been active in this field of training since 2003 focusing on developing leading edge training software and tutorials. The computer based training is complemented by expert instructors giving intensive individual tuition.

Why:

The current employment market is ruthlessly competitive with aptitude test performance contributing significantly to a candidate's final score and consequent ranking. It is normal practice for over 80% of candidates to be eliminated from a selection process during the aptitude testing process. The need for excellent, detailed and thorough preparation was recognized by PATS and our service was established in 2003.

Where:

The majority of PATS courses are conducted at our Melbourne CBD training facility on a one client - one instructor basis.

Presently there are three courses that are conducted in a group environment. These are the YOU Session (Australian ADF), SIA and Cathay cadet pilot preparatory programs. Further information on these courses is available in the military and airline sections. All of these courses available in both a group and also an individual format.
